Ocean Grown Cookies 31/1 avaay SIGNATURE 31/1 OGC — Indica-Strain with 31% THC / 1% CBD

avaay SIGNATURE 31/1 OGC is a particularly potent Indica-strain from avaay Medical's Signatureproduct line. With a cannabinoid profile of 31% THC and 1% CBD this batch clearly fits into the landscape of German medical cannabis strains. Patients with a valid BtM-prescription can find the strain in pharmacies that carry avaay products — availability may vary depending on the region and pharmacy.

Indica-dominant strains are traditionally associated with a body-centered, rather relaxing effect profile and are often prescribed for evening use.

Like any cannabis strain, Ocean Grown Cookies only truly unfolds its individual effects through the interplay of cannabinoids, terpenes, and the patient's personal constitution. Prescribing physicians therefore consider both the THC/CBD ratio and the respective terpene profile when planning therapy.

Time of day & activity: Many patients plan Indica-dominant strains for late afternoon and evening, as the reported effects are typically physically relaxing and can lower activity levels. Those who use Indica strains during the day ideally should not plan demanding tasks or long drives afterward.

Typical areas of application: Classic areas where Indica strains are discussed in medical practice range from chronic pain indications and spasticity to sleep disorders. However, individual responses vary greatly and should be observed together with the treating practice.

Dosage & Titration: Especially at the beginning of a therapy, a low starting dose and a slow increase ("start low, go slow") is recommended. Those who inhale via vaporizer usually feel the effect within a few minutes — which significantly facilitates careful titration. Our dosage calculator provides initial guidance for oral applications.

If you are still unsure whether Ocean Grown Cookies suits your therapy goal, our Product Finder will help you in three short steps — based on your area of application, desired form of consumption, and previous experience. An overview of all available strains can be found in our Strain Database.

Medical cannabis is prescription-only in Germany: Obtaining avaay SIGNATURE 31/1 OGC requires a valid prescription, issued by doctors after an individual indication. We explain the exact process of how to get cannabis therapy in our guide Becoming a patient as well as a direct comparison of Telemedicine vs. Practice.

When selecting a suitable strain, the THC/CBD ratio, terpene profile, desired application form, and personal tolerance also play a role. For oral dosing of cannabis extracts or edibles, we offer a dosage calculator as an additional orientation aid — the final dosage is always given under medical supervision.
